Our client is one of the largest private owner/operators of life science real estate and has earned an amazing reputation over the last 20+ years. The ideal candidate has experience with pre-leasing of life science product in the Bay Area and understands the complexity of life science product and tenants. The role oversees a major 3rd party brokerage firm handling pre-leasing of two projects totaling 500,000 SF on the Peninsula and has additional Bay Area and San Diego projects in the pipeline.
Chief Financial Officer

RETS Associates, on behalf of our Client, an owner of 20+ MSF of industrial real estate, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for its office in Atlanta. CFO will be overseeing all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities of the Company. Focus will be heavily on accounting oversight, financial reporting, treasury, investor relations, financing, corporate structure and governance. CFO will manage multiple joint ventures and investment funds. CFO will lead several team members including accounting, capital markets and treasury and must have extensive experience in commercial real estate.
