STEP 1: Contact Real Estate Talent Solutions and provide our team with a profile of your special needs, qualifications desired and assignment requirements.
STEP 2: Real Estate Talent Solutions will then match your need(s) to our pre-screened pool of consultants. Once one or more Associates are identified, their availability and capability of meeting your needs are discerned.
STEP 3: Real Estate Talent Solutions then provides your organization with the associate profile of the proposed consultant(s) for review. Upon your acceptance, an in-person or telephone interview will be arranged. You, not Real Estate Talent Solutions, make the final decision on the Associate(s) provided!
STEP 4: A standard contract between Real Estate Talent Solutions and the client firm is executed. Real Estate Talent Solutions will consult with your organization regularly to obtain feedback on the Associate’s performance.
