Peter has held a variety of positions during his career, including, Asset Manager, Development Director and Managing Director-Asset Management. EXPERIENCE Peter was most recently with Triad Development (1995-2001), responsible for the development, asset management, property management and leasing of a 17 MSF portfolio in Southern California. Prior to joining Triad, he held positions of increasing responsibility with Cornwall Holdings (1990-1995), a diversified private investment fund that developed and operated high-rise office buildings in San Diego. He began his career in 1982 with the Hewlett Real Estate Company and worked in capacities ranging from Landlord Leasing Broker to Marketing Director. PROFESSIONAL RESULTS Designed and implemented a new organizational structure at Triad Development that saved $1.25 MM in annual compensation. Developed 4.2 MSF of high-rise office product between 1997 and 2001 that was 87% pre-leased at completion. Awarded the 2000 "Development of the Year" award by NAIOP in Los Angeles.
