Location-Jacksonville, FL (preferred) | Atlanta, Houston, or Dallas considered. This is a true enterprise leadership role for a multifamily executive who combines portfolio-level ownership, investment acumen, and operational depth across asset management, development, acquisitions, and property management. The ideal candidate will have 15–25 years of institutional multifamily experience across the full investment lifecycle.
Sr. Financial Analyst
New York or Nashville
RETS Associates on behalf of our client is seeking a Senior Analyst to support multifamily investments in either New York or Nashville. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for building financial models, analyzing asset performance, and supporting underwriting efforts including market research, proforma analysis, and return projections. This individual will also assist with budgeting, reporting, and ongoing portfolio management, while collaborating cross-functionally to support development progress, cash management, and lender requirements. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Senior Property Manager
Hayward, California
RETS Associates has been retained by our client, a privately held, family-owned real estate firm, to recruit a Senior Property Manager “SPM” in Hayward, CA. This is a full-time on-site role to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s commercial real estate portfolio consisting of approximately 500,000 square feet, consisting primarily of office, industrial, retail, and multifamily assets. The SPM will be responsible for maintaining high occupancy, strong tenant relationships, and efficient property operations, while working closely with ownership on performance and key initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of commercial property management experience (office, industrial, retail preferred).
