This role will focus on property valuations, underwriting, business planning, and asset performance while partnering closely with leasing, operations, and property management teams. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for financial modeling, annual property valuations, lease and acquisition underwriting, investment analysis, and market research. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial real estate asset management or investment analysis experience.

The Investment Associate will play an active role in evaluating, underwriting, and transacting a range of investment opportunities in the Bay Area, utilizing sophisticated financial models and ARGUS software. The individual will be part of an open, collaborative, and flexible workplace, supporting and working directly with the acquisitions team and Partners of the firm in all aspects of real estate investing. The ideal candidate will have 3 – 6 years of experience within a real estate investment, development, lending, brokerage firm, or real estate investment banking required. Must have deal experience.

Backed by one of the world’s leading global investment firms, this senior leadership role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to deploy substantial institutional capital while helping build and expand a growing regional investment platform. The SVP will lead sourcing, underwriting, negotiation, and execution of institutional-quality industrial acquisitions, with a strong emphasis on relationship-driven deal origination.
