Sr. Development Manager

RETS Associates on behalf of our client is seeking a Senior Development Manager in Nashville, TN to lead the execution of retail and mixed-use development projects from initial feasibility through project completion. This role will oversee all phases of development while partnering with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and public agencies to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget. This individual will lead cross-functional teams, monitor project performance, manage project risks, and ensure compliance with zoning, environmental, and building requirements while providing regular updates to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of real estate development or project management experience with retail.
SVP, Accounting & Finance

RETS Associates has been retained to lead a search for an SVP, Accounting/Finance (path to CFO) for a 35+ year privately held CRE investment/operating firm in Los Angeles with ~$500MM AUM. Oversees the accounting function and manages three direct reports while providing leadership across IT and HR. The SVP will be providing support to the Shareholders, and other Company Executives in the successful implementation of the Company’s annual and long-range business plan along with directing and overseeing the finance and accounting functions within the Company. The ideal candidate must have at least 7-10 years of financial management experience, including 2 in Real Estate.
